Band, Chorus & General Music

Haldane has a robust music-education program supporting band and chorus. There are several unique ensembles, including Concert Band, Jazz Band, Blues Devils, Chorus, and Blue Notes (acapella). The recent additions of Studio Production and Music Theory courses offer the most talented musicians the opportunity to engage in deeper learning across music disciplines and genres. Many students attend New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) competitions each year, in addition to All-County, Area All-State and All-State.
