How do I know when to register my student for the upcoming sports season?

Registration Dates & 1st Practices are listed above FAQ's for all 2024-25 Modified, JV & VARSITY Fall, Winter & Spring Sports Teams
Registration opens 30 days prior to the start of the season's first day. This allows for registrations and updated physicals to be uploaded prior to the start of the season, so your athlete is CLEARED prior to the first day of practice.

Where can I find a list of coaches? How do I contact the coach if I have additional questions?

Haldane Website, Athletics, Department & Coaches, click on the sport by season to see coaching names and contact information.

How do I know if my athlete will need additional equipment outside of what's provided by the school?

Coaches will provide this information at the start of the season. Questions should be directed to the coach, as each sport is unique.
Upon the start of the season, each coach will host an in person information meeting for parents to review expectations, schedules, and other information that will be important to the success of the season.

What do we do with school uniforms at the end of the season?

All uniforms for MODIFIED, JV or VARSITY teams- must be returned to the coach at the end of the season.
If your athlete can not get their uniform to the coach, they are welcome to drop it off in the Athletics Office (office at rear of Cafeteria) to Mrs. Thomas or Mr. Cunningham. Please be sure your athlete's name is noted with the returned uniform.

How do I get involved or donate towards my athlete's team?

Become a Team Parents: Team Parents assist the coach with communication, help set up end of season dinners, help generate fundraising events for your team, run concessions to raise money for the team, set up team bonding gatherings and more. Communicate with the Coach to see the needs of the team.
