You may register to vote (for school district elections ONLY) with the District Clerk on Thursday, May 13, 2021 between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm at the Main Entrance to the Haldane Middle School. Please contact District Clerk, Catherine Platt at email@example.com with any questions.
Absentee ballot applications are available at the Office of the District Clerk between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, or by downloading the application here.
The absentee ballot application should be submitted in original form, with an original signature. Applications must be received by mail or in-person at the District Office by 2:00pm on May 11, 2021 if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or by 4:00pm on May 17, 2021 if the ballot is to be delivered personally.
Absentee ballots will be mailed by First Class Mail only. The absentee ballot must be received by the District Clerk by 5:00pm on the day of the vote/election in order to be counted.
You may request an absentee ballot if you are concerned about the transmission of COVID-19. Please mark Box 1 "Temporary illness or physical disability" on the application.
