Parents Only - 7:00pm in Elementary Room 116 (no sign-up required)
Monday, February 6 - Friday, February 10: KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Please complete the registration process detailed above and contact Susan Hylka to finalize registration. Students are not required to attend.
Tuesday, April 25 - Wednesday, April 26: KINDERGARTEN SCREENING
Appointments to be scheduled during registration process. Students only. Parents and students will report to front desk at Main Entrance.
Tuesday, May 9: GET ACQUAINTED SESSIONS - 9:15am - 10:00am (arrive 9:00am)
Children visit Kindergarten classrooms. Students only.
Wednesday, May 17: GET ACQUAINTED SESSIONS - 9:15am - 10:00am (arrive 9:00am)
While students are visiting their classroom, parents are invited to Q & A session in the Elementary Library. A tour of the Elementary School will also be given. Students and parents

The following documents must be uploaded into Family ID in order to complete this registration.
Proof of Immunization (with official stamp or signature of health care provider)
Affidavit of Property Owner or Landlord Document (if applicable)
Non-Custodial Parent Form (if applicable)
Individualized Education Plan or 504, if applicable
If you are unable to upload the forms, you may bring hard copies into the Elementary School Main Office and complete the registration process in person.
If you are new to Family ID, you will need to click on "Create Account" on the bottom of the page.

Students will be registered according to current school boundary lines. The District is required by law to verify date and place of birth, residency status, legal custody, appropriate immunizations, and academic status.
NOTE: If you reside in Garrison and would like to register your high school student, please contact the Garrison Union Free School District before contacting Haldane. Thank you.
