Go to haldane.powerschool.com/public

Click student sign in and sign in with your Haldane Google Account

Parents:

If you already have a Powerschool Account

Go to: haldane.powerschool.com/public

Click on forgot password

Follow the instructions (your username is typically your email address)

If you do not have a Powerschool Account

Go to: haldane.powerschool.com/public 

Click on "Create Account" tab and follow the instructions for creating an account

Google Classroom allows you to receive email summaries of your child's upcoming assignments, exams, and class requirements. To begin, email your child's teacher(s) to request an invitation. You will then receive notification via email and can elect to receive email summaries on a daily or weekly basis.

Google Classroom's purpose is to facilitate paperless communication between teachers and students and streamline educational workflow. Classroom allows teachers to create classes, post assignments, organize folders, and view work in real-time. At Haldane, Google Classroom is a vital tool for your child to stay on top of deadlines and organize class and homework.

At every grade level, Haldane puts technology in the hands of students for learning and exploration. Chromebooks and iPads are utilized K-12. Grades 6-12 receive 1:1 devices for home and school use.

Discover, Create, Innovate is a middle and high school elective that allows students to explore everything from robotics challenges, to product innovation, to school-wide improvements for study and recreation spaces.

The Haldane Technology Committee is comprised of District leadership, teachers, tech coordinators, and parents. The committee meets quarterly to discuss District technology initiatives, student usage, infrastructure, and innovative opportunities.
