Betty Budney Community Service Award - Presented to a graduating senior in recognition of his or her volunteer service. The recipient must be a resident of Philipstown. Applications are available in the guidance office. Deadline 5/17/19

The Robert Christie Memorial Award - Sponsored by the Philipstown Ambulance Corps and offered to a graduating senior who is involved in community service and volunteerism within the community. Students that volunteer for the Philipstown Ambulance Corps will receive priority. Applications are available in the guidance office. Deadline 5/26/19

The Haldane School Foundation Senior Scholarship- Awarded to a Haldane senior who meets the eligibility requirements and writes the most compelling essay on how an HSF sponsored grant enhanced their Haldane education. Application information is available in the guidance office or online at Deadline 6/1/19

The Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Society Scholarship - Offered to a graduating senior who has been accepted into a college program and pursuing a career in Mental Health, such as psychiatry, psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or social work. Applications are available in the guidance office. Deadline 5/21/19

Blue Devil Booster Club Scholarship - Awarded to one male and one female senior that has been involved in the Haldane athletic program. These two $500 scholarships also recognize the characteristics of honesty, self discipline, commitment and team play. The recipients of these scholarships embody the spirit of the Student Athlete. Applications are available in the guidance office. Deadline 5/29/19

Summer Programs/Internships/Employment Opportunities

Bucknell Academy Summer Experience - A collaborative residential experience where students are invited to explore the value of a liberal arts perspective in making challenging decisions to improve today's world. The Garden Conservancy is looking for an intern with an interest in communications. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior. The intern will be working 20 - 24 hours per week with the Director of Communications and will be responsible for regular social media postings and assistance with email and print marketing campaign for the Open Days Program and other educational programs. Student must be mature, self-motivated and organized. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. This is a paid internship. For more information please see Mrs. Hopper in the Guidance Office.
